Adverse Drug Reaction
ADR: Bone marrow depression due to malarial therapy.
ADR: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) due to Antiepileptic
ADR: Acute Vesiculo Bullous Pemphigoid lesions due to Crystalline Penicillin
ADR: Hypotension and bradycardia due to injection of local anesthetic injection
ADR: Nimesulide induced stomatitis and angioedema like reaction
ADR: Cotrimoxazole (BactrimDS) induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS).
ADR: Urticarial rash and angioedema due to Aspirin/Amoxicillin.
ADR: Icterus, Hepatomegaly due to Nimesulide
ADR: Headache due to Losartan potassium tablet
ADR: Severe hepatitis due antitubercular therapy.
ADR: Erythematous scaly lesions over face, Photosensitivity and liver enzymes elevations, discoloration of urine due to Tablet Ciprofloxacin-500mg/Metronidazole BD dosage (2tablets).
ADR: Xylocaine induced epileptic seizures.
